Plans and billing

What counts as one export?

One cleaned file you download: a whole .pptx deck, a whole PDF, one image or one video, however many slides or pages it has. Opening a file and previewing the result is free.

What does Pro add?

No daily limit. The engine, formats and quality are the same on both plans, because everything runs on your device.

Are my files uploaded on Pro?

No. Free and Pro both clean files in your browser. The server only checks your plan and counts free exports.

How do I cancel?

Sign in, open Settings → Billing and press Manage subscription; Stripe’s page lets you cancel. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.

Refunds and payment

Payments are handled by Stripe with all major cards. For billing questions or a refund request, email support@slidewatermarkremover.com; refunds are handled case by case.
